Timing belt change

Hi guys time has come to change timing belt, just wondering if any 1 has the kit to lock all wheels in place, are if you know where I can hire 1 ect please let me know

dont really need any special tools to bo honest, bring the sprockets to the correct marks and put your own timing marks aswell.
