tial bov

I just got myself a tial bov with unpainted springs and the thing is when it's on idle it has a slight open gap. It also feels like it wants to stall whenever I let go of the gas... today in decided to remove it and block off the hole and it run so much better obviously the flutter was there so I didn't boost it.

question is anyone running a tial bov and what's spring rate you using?
