lol, he's not doing his tuning company much favours as he's basically saying that if you don't run a dump valve then you will have improved performance.

Recirc, vta and blanking it completely will have no affect on power as proved, however if you vta then throttle response will decrease slightly and you will have slightly more lag on gearchange. I personally blank them because i love the sound of turbo chatter.

performance wise running without a dump valve will give you better boost response/pickup but does give your turbo a harder time (although evo turbos don't seem to mind)
when they mention turbo stall they don't actually mean the turbo stops spinning its to do with the airflow stalling across the blades.


(it's the age old debate of d/v vs no d/v)

I know it literally doesn't stop the turbo but turbo stall isn't good for any turbo it shortens the life, for some they dnt mind this and others will sell the. At before it goes. I prefer vta cos it sounds proper personal choice, as for pick up and response like the guy said a decent valve will keep some air in the system therefor turbo has less spinning to do meaning longer life
