Cams are just stock Evo 4G63 ones which means 256* inlet and 260* exhaust, the only 4G63 with milder cams is the 260 and obviously the 9's have mivec/VVT. As for what power they are good for, well how much boost are you going to run. Some guys are running over 420 BHP on the stock tubby, cams and even internals running silly amounts of boost.
Personally I would change cams once going past 360ish BHP to give better mid range power & torque, but it's not a must-have thing to do, just makes for a more responsive car and more area under the power/torque graphs meaning more power & torque at any given point in the rev range than stock cams.
They have a 10.5 hotside on the tubby as standard on the 8 onwards, older cars has a 9.8 hotside.
