What I ment was if you buy it anyway then that will give you more incentive to go cos you'll already have your ticket

I have no idea but as this is a free to join club and doesn't have a great deal of members then I would say no. Maybe they could come up with something though

im in the middle of sorting banners out for the club still waiting but should have it done for then as for a marquee were gona have to all club together on that 1 i rekon

if u get gazebos then we will need to make sure its got some sides to keep the wind out otherwise they will blow away and be f***ing freezing lol

flag poles are a good idea too, not sure where to get them from though mate.

Just thought it might be a cheaper option to a marque especially if a couple members already have one

i've seen a pop up metal marquee on ebay for £139 size is 6metres by 3 metres if we only get 10 people to come that's £14 each but if we get more names down then it will be alot cheaper.
but there are alot of other cheaper ones on there

great idea but looks a bit like something used at a wedding with windows like that :razz:

also what we gonna put in it, just our own stuff cos evoowners doesnt really have much in the way of things for public to lok at or buy does it ???

think we need some input from the powers that be on this as to what we should or shouldnt do as it is there forum
