I'm up for a little home making on here with the crap talk although I can't gaurentee I won't talk crap elsewhere lol

LEts start this off with a moan,

THis happens on a regular basis, I work in a phone shop that sells all networks
A customer somes in and asks for a contract phone so I ask what phone they would like, they say 'good phone' so I ask how many minutes they need they ask 'what minutes you got' so I ask how much they want to pay and they say 'how much does it cost?'

Am I being stupid they have jus side stepped every important question going, my response is always 'we do 7 networks 40 tariffs and 60 different phones, NARROW IT DOWN

Brick walls are more helpful

When we finally get down to roughly what they wantwhich is usually the latest phone for 10quid a month with unlimited everythin on 12 month contract it turns out they only been in the country 6 months so I explain they have 2 be here 3 years before they can get credit they jus dnt understand.

When I go on holiday I dnt try and get a loan out in spain for example

Grrrrrrr am I jus being picky here

Perhaps you should size them up when they first come in and ask for ID before you start trying to help them out!

All I can do is help the customer make an informed desision and to do this I need to explore with some basic questions, I need somthing to go by

Customers are also put off if the first thing you ask for is I'd so you get off on the wrong foot dtraight away

very good point lee, the only reason im still there, i not found anything better suited, no point going from cpw to another just like it. i want to up and move to my dads in boston and work with him but just not the right time really

Yes mate I did post on a thread that was on topic and just coz the narrow minded female don't like me anymore for some reason they were deleted. Just annoys the hell out of me, coz they make the rules and when I seem to quote them back to them they don't like me for it and think I have it in for them all the time :disgusted: is it so wrong in standing up for your self??also is it correct for someone to pay 1 membership fee and have 2 people use the same user profile and just change the Colour of the other person????

It's a bit unfair that they both have access to for sale adds and both get pm rights just to name a few. But as I don't know them then it's upto the mods or whoever to sort it out and not us to moan about it and cause friction.
