I think Dave's comments on £35 and how much they are willing to turn a blind eye for the sake of it, as well as insinuating that maybe she was OK with it because Mikey was her plumber (not a very nice thing to say),was the last straw and the desired result was achieved, albeit several months down the line :razz: :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:

It should of been done months ago ! I agree .

Its not the first time the £ 35 has spoken over common sense . I have only been on there a few times since I found this forum TBH. Just put my two penneths worth in over there, I was going to ask for my £ 35 back if something wasnt done about it but already knew my answer , so didnt bother El.

Keyboard warrior got what was coming to him and Dave had a point all be it not very nice but sometimes it needs to be said mate

Mods have just commented on it and there spot on IMO

They are spot on but let's face it Jonny, they turned a blind eye for far too long and if Dave did not turn up yesterday, something that he very rarely does but did as he was after a set of pistons off of there, Mikey would have won yet again and not an eyelid would have been batted by any one in Admin.

I have seen it too many times over there, money rules at the end of the day for the staff so they have a:

"If he's not on about me then why should I give a damn! attitude".

For the sake of Trader fee's they let the likes of PeterKing have their fellow members pants down and only banned him in the end because they were forced into it.

They need to sit down and reflect on what they are all about and what they have actually become.

I disagree with Mechelle's comments on thinking that they would not face legal implications.....allowing such behaviour can be construed as tolerating it, especially as it has been going on for so long......there is only a certain amount of hiding behind agreement clauses allowable in this day and age and with that many activist groups with "in house" legal teams they would be like lambs to the slaughter.

What would she plead??? Incompetence???

A simple call yesterday to The Guardian or Times would have had them running for the hills so why even risk it???

bang on mate like I said it should of been done ages ago ! and they would be liable El, as agreement clauses stand for rock all now a day mate !

My sis is a solicitor and was rubbing her hands at this asking me to contact the victims and get a case going LOL she could see a nice big xmas bonus coming her way I think. I didnt and wouldnt of done but im sure there is more than one solicitor on that forum !

As you can see racism is something I am very strongly against as my kids have to put up with it day in day out !!!
