got asked today what would be the ultimate evo road car ???

not after a 1100bhp drag car :O)

years ago it would have had to have been a 500 bhp tommi mak ;O)

but to be honest i couldnt answer now as there are so many great cars floating around now.

so i thought it would be a good idea if we could just for fun put our heads together and build the ultimate evo , on paper that is :O)

wether its a early light weight evo with a stroker kit and gt turbo to a e9 800 bhp + monster


so money no object what would you have . or do you already own it :O)

think the first place to start would be what which evo 1 - 10

then what engine 4g63 - 4g64 - 4b11 ???

now this is about as extreme as i can find and i believe its still road legal now can we class this as the ultimate evo being half skyline ?? or is it the bench mark for us to work from :O)

can we do better ???

If money no object and for me this is the sort of car id build

start with a e8
2.3 stroker
gt35
272 cosworth cams
and other supporting mods
550-600bhp run off the stock ecu
colour coded engine parts and hoses
wire tuck
full respray in a nice purple colour
9x18" enkie pf1 polished for shows and some 8.5x18" for track
bilstein shocks and eibach springs
full retrimed interior in alencantia
e9 front and rear bumpers
rexpeed carbon fibre extentions and front lip
de-tango headlights
and small sound system, alpine headunit with ipod, 6.5" jl audio c2-650 comps front, jlaudio 300/2 amp 1000/1 amp for sub and a jlaudio 12w6 sub and rear speakers off headunit

for me it would be a nice everyday car for the family, nice for shows and still able to go on track for fun, and no issues with after market ecus ( just in case) that would be the car i would build, its not crazy but good all rounder.

I'd have a VI in gun metal essien grey whatever you call it ( the dark grey ) with tommi mak bumper, drift spoiler, carbon bonnet carbon bootlid and wing mirrors, 17's gun metal grey rota gtrs sat in pirreli p0's, HDI headlamps, ice white rear number plate lights, fog light put into the reverse light with red bulb, smoked side repeaters.

under the hood: carbon fibre slam panel, black powder coated rocker cover, greedy carbon fibre strut braces, alloy (all painted black) header tank, oil catch tank, race radiator, AMG in black intercooler, stage 3 re map, black samco hoses, fully forged 2.5 stroker with a g88 greedy turbo, full turbo bk nur spec r exhaust, tublar mani - in black.

Interior : Black bride zieg III seats, momo steering wheel, momo gear knob, apexi avcr controller, 6x9 vibe slick 3 way on parcel shelf, on the doors jbl 6 inch mid range conponent set, 10 inch star sound 1500w sub, 1000w vibe slick mono block amp powering the sub, 800w vibe slick 4 chanel amp powering rest of the speakers, red top jellsell battery (relocated to the boot) same head unit i have now which is a 7 1/2 inch kenwood touch screen (with out the shockingly s**t built in sat nav :shock it has everything ! oooh and a cherry flavored california scents air freshner !! love them
