Tarmac,Gravel,Snow lights on

Hi all, recently got my 7 and when you start the car its on tarmac and when you start driving the 3 come on, the fluid in the boot is full and been plugged in no fault codes, so maybe just need bled?? thanks

the common problems are the pressure switch or the pump needs a rebuild, who read the error codes as if the lights on then you'll defo have some.
