Not a problem buddy.
We are around an hour and a half from Meadow Hell LOL!!!

The whole of Sheffield is a Hell hole buddy. The pot holes and general condition of the roads round there are a night mare. As for when it rains.........the floods are a different story all together.

I would not charge you to do the test buddy, If the pump is OK then that is good. If the pump or the relay is down or something, then that is where the costing starts.

Off to bed now buddy, speak to you soon.

Not for the eyes of a Grease Monkey!!!

Gary,
the fact of the matter is that most of the Garages up and down the country would not have a clue about this one buddy!!!

I was fortunate enough to have it passed down to me by Russ. It was something that got mentioned in passing!!!

It is lucky for every one that ever has this problem and cures it on the spot that Russ needed a flexi pipe fitted before he went off to get his Evo I RS featured in Red Line Magazine.

If he did not come to me to fit it for him......................

Please guys, don't ever tell any grease monkeys about this one, they will STILL charge an arm and a leg even though it takes half a minute;)

WHY HELP THEM MAKE MONEY??????

Yes buddy, the one you asked about!!!

It is very clean inside, out side, under side and totally standard apart from what he has listed in the ad and after market clear front indicators.

I did have a word for you but he is adamant on the price.

Well I got in the car this morning and the lights didn't come on after been in the garage all night but came on on the way home from work, the prob only came back since the cold weather so I asked opie oils about the oil just to check and it turns out id been given the wrong oil,he said to go for an atf fluid, something like fuchs atf 4400,I've had a look at this and it says its a auto transmision fluid for jap cars,so just to double check I rang mitsi garage again, now there sayin something else,he said its an oil called diaqueen(think that's how its spelt)at £15.40 per litre, then said I can't just change the oil,it needs to be bled through the system properly by a machine that hooks up to the pump and ecu, they charge £60 plus vat for the privallage, what a joke,so in reply I said, firstly I've spoken to a guy at opie oils and there is another oil that can be used, and secondly how can they justify over 60 quid for a simple change, and if I need them to use the machine how come we managed to bleed it last time ok ourselves and why didn't they mention the machine two month ago, which he replied they should have told you and that I havnt bled it properly.haha what a div : )

buddy, I did mention that a normal ATF will do. The thing is though that every car we have ever done has had xp90 with no problems at all.

One of those things I suppose.......

Do not go and hook your car up to anything at the dealers;)

Keep away from thos puppets at the dealership and get yourself a mechanic that knows his cars. I done that for a very long time now and have always saved money.

It's kinda funny how the more advanced the cars get, they get more advanced probs:D

I went to El today and was well impressed. His peeps know the back end from the front:D

That trick with the bleeding is a scorcher!
