I think it's more to do with the thread title tarnishing the geekmapped name, and the owners of geekmapped not wanting that. Fair play to them, it has nothing to do with them, so they should not have their good name tarnished over this.

Don't think it is anything more than that.

C'mon if it was anything to do with tarnishing the geekmapped name it would have been closed down a lot sooner than it was. I mean Andy Fox replied on it at an earlier stage so why wasn't it shut down then. They were quick enough to force the removal of sigs

Sorry to make it all boring and stop any gossip etc. but that was why.

The thread on gm was removed as the issue has been resolved and we didn't want everyone jumping over there slagging people off without all the information (not that that would ever happen anywhere else )

seriously though I can see some of the traders kicking off asking why the threads are being removed because threads about traders dodgy work seem to stay (mlr)

some one started a thread on mlr about the thread that was deleted now thats been deleted :whistling::whistling::whistling: it all stinks

To be fair the ones saying it's to protect the GM name are not really a conspiracy TBH. Just with recent ongoings it did make sense to assume that. However they were wrong, so fair play, and I retract my statement.

As for the other ones, well I did not post them, but to me this thread did not seem like a conspiracy thread and did not want it tuning into a witch hunt, hence me & others were not posting the name of the person involved.

Anyway, can we not all play nice? As I have said at least 3 or 4 times now in this thread, it's between the 2 of them and they can sort it out between them. No-one elses business, and no-one should try to make it their business.

Also, that is 8 posts in a thread with 87 posts, less than 10%. Not what I would call a conspiracy thread.
