stripes have gone

well car was in the bodyshop havin a repair done to the rear bumper so while it was there i had the front end re painted too get rid of someone elses poor attempt and have the whole car mopped to bring the rest of the paint back to life. so black door handles swaped back to the white ones and after a fresh coat of wax im well pleased with the result

yea i had to do them white cos it just seemed natural but they are starting to go a bit creamy now compaired to my fresh looking paintwork

yea but i know its a tommi and there is nothing wrong with a white 6 neither

it was a tuff choice and me and a couple of good mates who also drive evos couldnt decide and in the end it was a case of drive to dyno day with a half striped car or take the lot off and start again so off they came

i had them made to replace the parts that were removed, ie the bonnet and wings but was to late to cancel the order so i have them on the shelf

i may take you up on that although i only have the new parts for the bonnet and wings. i do know the person well that made them though if you want a full kit ???

They are made to order which is why after I decided to strip the whole lot off my car I still had to pay for the parts which go on the bonnet and wings cos the were already being made.

You can buy any part of it and you will find that Lee aka "3gan" on here has various parts of the stripe already to go and will do a good price on full kit

I always have been a bit of a polisher, and I never used my series 1 rst in the first winter after I restored it, it would only come out on dry days and lived in my carpeted garage most of the time. Used to polish the insides of my wheel arches how sad is that :blush:
