I really like the hawk eye shape. If I got offered a white or black 1 I'd prob let the mak go.

Ive never been a fan but always seem to see them up north where i live, so always seen them as as common car, but i hardly ever see evos, in fact in the 5 months ive had mine ive seen 4!

but down south hardly see either, so wondering are they more desirable? Altho why you would chop in your 8 for one i dont know

Done the impreza thing, Really enjoyed the car, Infact I would even go as far as saying i 'loved' the car, till it blew up!

Did a full cosworth rebuild on it, then never had the balls to drive it hard again through fear of it blowing up again!

Now I have my trusty evo.... till that blows up lol

Wow I know that feeling! I had a fully forged 2.1L conversion on mine and all I did was look in the rear view mirror in fear of a blue smoke cloud following me!

The strongest/best engines are in the STI bug eye version. The hawks (2.5 engine) are pretty weak and need new blocks if you want more than 450bhp :disgusted:

Plus near enough every internal engine job involves removal of the engine! My friend has a faulty valve stem seal, £12 for the seal kit, but engine out to do it! Just changing the plugs is a nightmare!

Keep the evo
