Steering making noise

hi, owned my evo 4 for a week now, had few problems to start with like hole in raditor speedo not working etc.

Got them all fixed and a full service at the same time. But now i was just leaving home and my steering is making a creecking/squecking sound.

It drives absolutly fine and only can hear the noise when driving slow (reverseing out driveway) this sound like a problem that could get worse? or just need to greese some parts?
