This was feb 2011 when I had been in hospital for 3 weeks. A young lady pulled out on me when I was doing about 50 on my bike. This was when I relised man is not harded than a car.

spent 6 months learning to walk again.

4 operations later an 18 months I am looking forward to being able to run and walk without to much pain.
last opp was on friday and not to bad was up and about that night.

and of course the site of this when I got home from hospital yesterday did cheer me up.

went for a meal the other evening with friends and ordered ribeye steak :O)

was shocked when they served it to me raw but cooking on a slab of what looks like black marble :O)

steak on a stone apparently ?? you cook it your self while your eating it so its how you want it ????
