Just getting all my parts together for modifying my 6.
I am looking to get around 360-380BHP from the car.
I am looking to buy a full exhaust system next inc manifold........
I contacted Japspeed and they offer a 12month Warranty on their manifolds.
Also Megan Racing (USA) offer a 12 month warranty.

I have read a bit about the issues with these (Cracking etc) but with my target bhp am i better off just getting a ported standard manifold. (Would gains be the same)?
I really dont want to be removing the manifold every few months :D
And also are the turbo elbows prone to cracking?

Any advice appreciated

Cheers Guys

Perfect thanks for that. How did i miss that lol Good read.

That answers some of my question (Ill leave the manifold for just now)

Do you happen to know what diameter of pipe the standard exhaust is on the evo 6. Looked at a few some being 2.5" and some being 3". Wasnt sure which one to buy as i would need to fit the cat for MOT's or are the flanges all the same ?

Thanks Buddy

Flanges are all the same, just the diameter of the pipe differs. 3" is preffered over 2.5"

Ill keep that in mind mate, i am going a slightly different route now, dont really need to upgrade the manifold just yet but when i do i think that will be the option i will go for. been reading and even the expensive ones can crack
