Standard manifold - Power Restriction?

Hi guys, I was wondering what the stock manifold was like compaired to a stainless tubular jobby?
Whick one spools quicker & at what power does the stock manifold become restrictive?
Also whats it made of

seems the stock one is good for upto 400 bhp!

Has anybody whos changed from a stock to a tubular noticed a diference?

im guessing a tubular one would have better air flow or less restrictive anyway so like changing any part of the exhaust it would increase the bhp but not by much.
