stage 1 and standard recirc

Hi im gonna be goin to stage 1 on my MR evo 8 and wanted to know whether the standard metal recirc valve will hold up? Or whether it would be better to go to a tail q or a hks ssqv? Thanks.

standard metal one? looks like you have an 8 from the pic and standard ones are plastic on fq's so if its a metal one yes will hold up ok

Yeah its an MR mate so standard they come with metal recirc so should be all good then thanks bud
