Yeah ok I was speeding and we all know the rules BUT

M60 11oclk at night on a empty motorway doing 85mph and he done me or "reported" as he called it, WORSE part was he was un-marked (silver Audi)

Gave all yes sir no sir 3 bags full sir, was getting on with him expecting the slap wrist & slow down....... Pulls out is book!!!

Feel cheated but what can you do speeding is speeding

Thats going to 6 points now as i got 3 for 58 in a 50 what chance have i got

Had my cruise control on the bimmer set to just under 80 on the motorway, cars flying past me the whole journey, then I get a fully marked up T5 pull up next me yelling at me to slow down, like I was driving like a maniac. He didn't pull me over thought.

He nearly got two fingers, but all I could muster (should say balls to muster lol) was a nod of the head and i slowed down to about 74 to which he followed for a few miles (cars going past us!!!) I turned off he carried on, was so strange, he obviously didn't like BMWs

You caught a copper with a bug to bear sorry to hear pal. Some are assholes and waste tax payers money by sending people to court when there isn't a need.

Unless he is reporting you for dangerous or careless driving with video evidence I would say expect 3 points and your fine to include court costs

No more than 10% off the speed limit +9mph so

86mph or less they will offer it, I was doing 85mph

I thought they only offered the awareness course if its your first time being caught speeding?
OP, i feel for you. I got done doing 27 on a 20 over Tower Bridge. Luckily first time for me so i took the awareness course.

I done one over here a few weeks back but I have 0 points so don't no if they look if u have any points b4 they offer u the course

I did the course, took the blame for a blooming mercecdes in the next lane to me, he got done on the radar and I was pulled over by other officers.

your comment about 2 fingers made me laff haha as I did this to the under cover cop in a unmarked bmw in silver tinted out windows

Pretty sure there's a two week period where they have to contact you? At least there was at one point.
