pic of a corn snake

oh mate i would have sh t it if i had found one of these .

there a constricter but do bite :O(

moderate adult size 3.9–5.9 feet (1.2–1.8 m), attractive pattern, and comparatively simple care make them popular pet snakes. In the wild, they usually live around 6-8 years, but in captivity can live to be up to 23 years

I Wouldn't of even poked it  I would of just ran and kept going lol sod that, I saw a grass snake when I was 11 and nearly died of a bloody heart attack I was walking around the blue lagoon in Milton keynes with some friends and this green thing just came out of no where and slithered in front of me side ways down a hill  I was petrified and ran for my life lol turns out they are harmless but still scare the crap out of me, I can't even go into them pet shops that sell them or bugs.
I attempted that with my sis in law ( she promised she wouldn't leave my side) cos she has bearded dragons and needed another tank cos it had layed loads of eggs anyway they had all their bugs and snakes on display (even spiders) it was pure hell for me but i stayed away from that area of the shop and was looking at the baby carmilians which were quite cute then this flipping cricket type bug thing jumped onto me :shock::shock: and oh my days I freaked out big time and couldn't get out of there quick enough I sat in the car locked the doors and couldn't stop shaking :( lol yep I'm such a woss when it comes to them sort of things :(

There teeth are tiny and it would only sting abit, I lost my baby boa and when I found him hed grown a foot and had turned savage....I found him hiding under the boiler after three months. He bit me when I went to get him out and it was NASTY and hurt like hell but a corny or a milky are normally really friendly TBH.

needles to say the boa found a new home soon after :whistling:
