I have a problem with my Evo, i was driving it about yesturday and had no problems at all. when i parked up i left the car for a few hours, but when i came back to start it up it wouldnt turn over, i have full power from the battery, the fuel pump kicks in but nothing from the starter motor.
i called the AA and i was told it was immobiliser or starter motor.

does anyone have any suggestions or ideas???

check your immobiliser is working fine first i would say. How long you had the car? Mine car only give's you 10 sec's to start it after unlocking it. If not you have to re unlock it to start the car. Hope this help's

Most immobilisers are connected to the fuel pump, not the starter, because the starter not turning won't stop a theif bump starting it. Possibly dead starter, try connectng it to a solid 12v supply and see if it turns over, if it does, then it's a wiring problem IMO, if not, then the starter is goosed.
