Hi all,
with permission from club admin, Sky Insurance are very pleased to be on board with the evoowners.co.uk and we are also pleased to annouce that we are able to offer our car club member discount to any member who meets our criteria.
Sky Insurance are very well known for providing insurance for 150+ Uk based car owners clubs and forums, predominantly our affiliations are for Japanese car clubs but we hold affiliations many with Audi/VW, French, BMW and Vauxhall clubs/forums. We specialise in providing insurance for import and modified cars but we also insure standard UK cars, vans, commercial vehicles etc.
Sky Insurance's target market is the car enthusiast, specialising in policies for members of car clubs such as evoowners.co.uk. We believe that anyone who puts the time and effort into looking after and modifying their ‘pride and joy’ is a lower risk than your average driver.
CRITERIA:
Age:
Limitations of the scheme imposed by Sky Insurance are that all policy holders must be at least 19 years of age and have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years. For comprehensive insurance we need you to be aged 21 or over. We will be more competitive for the older drivers with a good driving record rather than a 20 year old with 0 NCB looking for comprehensive cover.
We have restrictions/exclusions on some postcodes.
For all Evo's
You must be aged 25 or over
1 years ownership of Evo or similar (eg Impreza, Skyline etc)
3 years NCB
Car kept off the public road when parked overnight at home address
