Running cost and most of all lack of use. I've decide to get rid of my beloved TM.

But EVO's aren't selling very well lately and is not likely to regain value in the very near future. :hm:

Is it better to sell complete or would I get more if broken to sell parts.

I have several spares in my shed: AYC pump with original pressure switch, also another brand new pressure switch. manifold, EGR, brand new Red stuff pad(rear),NSR knucke hub with ABS sensor, full suspension(TM one's)

More money from breaking but it will take time to get rid of all the bits and there will prob be some parts that wont sell, but ya will sell most of them :) Let me know if ya do break it, may be interested in a few bits :)

As a whole I would say just take tour time with the advert a good tme is a shame to break ifthere is no need and like walshy says there will always be parts hard to shift if at all and you will get the run around for months to come

in east sussex on a psvita :O)
well it all depends how much you want for it and what condition its in , its never right to break a good car just on the hope of getting a little more money ,

and if you do make more money over a longer time then you dont really feel the benefits unless you put the money away every time you sell a part :O(

it cant hurt to try and sell it whole first and if that dont work then you can always break it ,,

Ya i agree, its not easy to put the money from breaking it away, ya could very simple have all your parts sold and very little cash!! true sell it as one first but i do know of a tme in galway it was in mint condition with loads of extras that is currently being broke as he had very little in the car when it was for sale, thats over there tho so everything is hard to shift at the mo

good and grey areas i guess, as FQ- have said, it's a shame to break it up.

I think I will try and sell the car based on the ground it's a TM, but not just yet, I'll give it couple of months and see how prices change.

it's a yr2000 in white, body in mint condition, apart from odd spots of rusts in the engine bay that is expected for it's age( not bad as it sounds but has to be honest). HKS mushroom filter, HKS BOV, Greddy Boost controller, HID, Mines ECU- boost 1.5bar hold 1.4bar, japanese version HKS back exhaust. That's it, everything else standard. Inside is spot on no tears or fade areas( except of course gear knob). imported 2006 and i'm the
2nd owner. done 10K UK miles, now 67K verdi speedo

is £9000 too much?

i would love a tme the one in mayo was up for 90000 for ages and i offered him 7k a few times he had no interest at the time then i went and got my one. only had mine a week and the tme came back up for 7k :(

there was another one in mayo too a 2.3 stroker on english plates i was gonna buy that too only the guy wouldnt meet me half way so i thought there was something wrong if he wouldnt come halfway cos i know if i wanted to sell a car i wouldnt mind driving anywhere
