Selecting Gear Evo 4

I've searched this thread and found that someone else has had a similar problem but it didn't have a solution. Basically when I get in my car from cold and try to select gear it won't go into any gear. You can force it into gear and then as soon as the car is moving it selects gears fine and will select gear fine when you set off from a stand still (at traffic lights etc). It just won't go into gear if its been at a stand still for more than a few minutes. I was told the clutch was changed just before I bought the car and the clutch feels good it doesn't slip at all. Its got a hydraulic clutch and I've tried to bleed it but hasn't helped. Its as if its losing hydraulic pressure when its stood. I try pumping the pedal before selecting gear to try and build up the pressure but this doesn't have any efffect. Anyone else come across this problem?

I had a similar problem on a 4. Try adjusting the pedal as that can cause this. Is there any play in the pedal?

Sounds like selectors are going in the gearbox as this happen to mine in my 4
