seat belts vs harnesses?

hi all,

ever had a moment where plod,s had a go over not wearing seat belts(still fitted),but got full harnesses on???(fitted proper,,eg bolted 2 floor etc).

Cnt say iv eva had this problem but as long as the harnesses are in 100% corect there's nothing they can do,n id go to court over it. They prob ad nowt betta to do so thought they'd b arsholes,I got done other day cos I av a mitsubishi symbol we're the gb shud b on my plates,it makes me sick that this is what we pay our taxes for!!!

Yes Ive had it in the rally car. I got away by explaining these are considered safe enough by the FIA to throw the car at tripple figures at a gap just bigger than the car and it had passed MOT and and MSA log book.

But we dont have the normal belts in. Do you?

ya nick left the origanal belts in as well??i said simalar thing,,if there gud enough 4 the rally ,lads&lasses there even better just 4 rd use??.

just moaned at me in the end .....
