Screeching and stalling

Hey,

I have dropped a washer down underneath my turbo / exhaust manifold.

I could see it in the middle right near the bottom on what looks like a pulley.

I thought I had flicked it out when I found one on the floor underneath the car but doesn't look that way now.

When I went to turn the car over I instantly head a screech like metal on metal and it stalled.

If I give the car juice it will run with some screeches in between. As soon as I let off it stalled.

I think it's the idler pulley but I'm not sure.

Any ideas please?

I am being an idiot. It's the engine mount and it makes no odds. It was the pulleys on auxillery belt squeeling because it's freezing cold and I haven't had the car running for a while.
