Sas mod pops and bangs!

I've just fitted a 3" downpipe and decat and drilled my sas bolts out to 6mm but it still doesn't pop or bang?

It's on a stock map still and stock airbox with hks bov?

Any ideas people?

Needs mapping in not just physical mods

It needs to run rich when you lift off to pop and bang, without petrol you'll get no bang (you need petrol, heat and oxygen, at the moment you only have two out of three). The standard map doesn't support this so you need it mapped in.

All the pops and bangs are caused by unburnt fuel. It's usually mapped in by putting in fuel after the throttle has been closed for a split second. Need a remap bud

What's everyone's sas settings and timing tables?

I've got a bov on ATM and it only bangs the once so I'm switching back to recirc and I've drilled the sas bolts out to 6mm.

I'm doing the due maps one for pops and bangs and the one without,in wanting I to pop like crazy on over run and gearchanges.. And down low too if I possible !

Looks aggressive on the air time map and no real need to alter the fuel map

You done all the basic mods?
Try feathering the throttle as you come off, just a touch back on....

Yeah re drilled sas bolts and fitted a recirc too!

Checked the sas valve work's and all pipe work is ok?

Yeah bud, took the sas off and cleaned it too!
