sas and new manifold fitting issues

Hi guys, last week i fitted a new ss manifold as my old one was blowing a bit.
looks great but was a bitch to fit in all honesty.
Having fitted the new one i realised i could not reconnect my sas system as two of the pipes obstruct the path of the pipe work for the sas, so in the meantime i have just blanked them off, and blanked it off at the valve too.
If anyone has had this problem before please could you advise me of a way to get around it so i could reconnect the pipes, as in future i would like to get the anti lag mapped in to the ecu and im not 100% sure but think i need the pipes to assist with this.

Ps. ive already drilled out the banjo bolts, which at the mo is a bit of a waste of time

Take the sas off like most people do, and what manifold was it? As they the expensive ones seem to fit with no problems

It was just a cheap one off ebay £115, it fitted well just the fact one of the studs coming off the top of the turbo side snapped, luckily high enough to still get a nut on.

im now going to be honest with you, being a cheap manifold from ebay
it will crack in no time,you'd been better off buying something else for ya car.

no point of putting a manifold on unless you gonna pay £500 + for a decent one

To add I have seen bits break of inside the manifold and destroy the turbo

Full race, jmf, Ross sport manifolds are the only way to go as the rest are just made of tin foil and will just crack and fall off.

What power you running cos to be honest unless your knocking on 450+ then no power gains are to be had.
The standard manifold is good for 500bhp

C- tec Mani are a real good one to buy sure it comes with a lifetime warranty.. It's normally the weld that cracks off in side the manifold that gets sucked through and destroys the turbo.. So your better off checking inside before you fit it

Mine is pretty much standard power at the mo, so may get a standard mani again.
