safe power for evo 8

i was wondering what u guys think the safe power figers are for the evo 8 fq-300 on standard internals

i was thinking of doing a few little mods to have that little extra power, dont wanna go nuts, just a litle bit more.

also who does everyone use for parts, as dont wanna use cheap ebay parts,

one thing im going to get is a de-cat pipe

390-400 is safest

as mentioned about 400 is fine,
Where are you based?
With a fuel pump, filter, 3port, exhuast and a remap you should be looking up to about 380+ish
