HI all, car seem's to have a rubbing sound, when turning hard right seem's to be front off side, and when turning hard left the sound is rear near side? Had the car a year now nearly, so driving it harder. Notice it a couple of time's lately. First time today on the front off side? Only running 16's. Maybe the off set?? Thanks for any help you have.added some photo`s.

I hope it aint either mate. Not a cheap fix unfortunately. The light doesn't come on when it's playing up. It just makes the noises. Hope its just the 4 wheel alignment

Highly likely to be the offset, i have Evo VI alloys on mine, that rubbed due to the offset, get ya stanley knife out and trim the inner fender down.

while the car is standing turn the wheels round both sides to see where the tyre rubs.

the room between the arch itself and the tyre isn't what your looking for, on 16' it'll be fine as standard is 16' but when you put thicker tyres/alloys on you have tto compensate for the offset. What tires have you fitted?

They shouldn't really be rubbing unless your car's very low and your cornering very hard. Even then it shouldn't really be rubbing
