rubber grommet missing please help

hello good people..i seem to be missing some type of rubber gromet/attachment for what i think is a pcv connection in the pictures..the oil feed just rattles and bounces out of the engine block and i dont want to do any damage as its just been re-built..pictures below..please help

Yes it's definitely a rubber grommet your missing,you can buy a multi pack of different sizes from glaciers,I'm sure on will fit.

That would be a pain if they pushed it though into the rocker..

If its gone in could be in baffles? Guessing its baffled under. Bad new is can easily drop thru, personally id take rocker off and have a look and see If you can see anythin. As said id be speaking to guy who rebuilt it, not to go mental at him just to see if he put it back, if he admits he hasn't at least U know its not inside block
