Well Today I went into pick the car up from Wallace performance after getting a service, 3mm lash adjuster and the tracking done.
I also asked for the car to be run on the dyno just to make sure it's healthy, results below......Apologies for the rubbish iPhone pics!
I'm delighted with the results but most importantly it seems a healthy engine
Mods are- decat with full blue flame exhaust, hks hard pipes, hks filter, evo v ecu and injectors and mapped to suit.
The boost is tailing off due to the standard actuator so that will be replaced. Currently it's set to peak at 1.5 bar then hold 1.3 through the rev range, but it is only holding around 1 bar. Still made good power though
So huge thanks to Wallace performance, excellent service and very good prices Matty took the time to explain what was happening with the dyno and overlayed previous graphs to show the differences from the boost tailing off, spot on service and one I would highly recommend to others!
The drive home was a blast, probably just in my head as I don't think anything was even adjusted but the car seemed a lot smoother and more punchier in the mid range, safe to say it didn't take long to get home :whistling:
Gave her a quick wash once I got back as she was filthy(again iPhone quality pic!!)
All shiny again and one very chuffed evo owner
