Road Tax Renewal

Just got renewal for Tax on my import. Gone DOWN from £420 to £245 for the year. Fantastic. Wonder if I can claim arebate for overpayment, I'm sure if it was me that had underpayed they would have wanted it

i sold my mk 5 golf v6 3.2 cause of the tax and that was over 400 a year rip off
