both gunned it an evo started to pull ahead

i thought it was quite obvious

When they accelerate and the Evo goes on the outside and the Nissan goes on the inside of the white van there is traffic in both lanes ahead of the Nissan, he must have seen it and still chose to stay in that lane.
Looks more like he lost interest.
