Rear wiper blade/unit removed

Been meaning to do this for ages. I never use the thing (waste of time putting one on imho)

Found a 40mm bung on ebay (£2.99)

Took 5mins to do just wait and see if there are any leaks...if so bit of clear sealant should fix that.

i have been thinking of doing this to mine!! the blade arm was a mess but i tidied it up and re-sprayed it. might just take it off.... is it easy enough as i never really looked!?!? lol

Really easy to do.
One 10mm bolt holding the arm on.
Flip the arm up and it should just slide of.
You should see a peice of plastic hidding a 22mm nut...undo that.
Inside the boot is three 10mm nuts holding the motor undo them.

Fit bung job done

Oh yea inside on the rear shelf is a plastic cover...mine just pulled off (did that last)

I dunno but I thought it was a great idea to have a rear wiper on a saloon car and all saloons should have them

i cant see bugger out my rear window any way due to it having a very dark tint and the spoiler having 2 levels :sad:

Do all EVOs come with rear wipers as standard or just some models?

I don't have a rear wiper on mine but did notice a washer bottle in the boot which I thought was strange! So maybe previous owner removed it.

Judging by all the other bodge jobs the previous owner(s) did I best check it's done properly!!
