Well for the amount of time taken to make a pair and with no way of speeding up the process with regards to maybe getting them cnc cut then I probably won't bother.
If I had a way of mass producing them then I would. Takes along time to mark out and cut every section with a jigsaw and hole cutter. Add to that the final assembly takes around 15hrs a pair.

ah ha, i see. do look very nice thought and even better that u done them yourself, good effort mate but wouldnt be worth your time at all making them yourself. thanks anyway mate

cheers, yea i still have one to do as i balled the first one up a bit. just done a few things differently. but yea as they are done by hand its alot of work.
