rear shock absorber

Could any 1 help my 1 side of the car on the rear is lower than the other would it be the spring that could cause it or the shocker its shelf I have checked that its assembled correctly aswell

spring will cause ride height differences not shocker

Would it be ok if the spring is soft on the 1 side or is it best to get them replaced

My mitsubishi evo gsr 2011 rear left shock leaks .How much is the rear shock ? Also, is this under warranty my mileage is 44K.

If it's under three years old (to the day) it should be under warranty.
However, if the car has not been routinely serviced by a franchised Mitsubishi dealer you may well have problems.
I can't think that the 'wear and tear' clause in the warranty should apply to the shocker.
I think that the rule of thumb is to replace both shockers on the same axle, BTW,especially at that mileage.
