Rear diff

Hi all could anyone tell me if a evo 7,8,9 diff will fit in a 6 ?

There are several differences.

The main one being that it is a different system altogether.

Yes they do fit as I have a 8 rear diff in my 5. Just use your existing mounts from your old diff etc.

And what did you do with the ACD pipe which is supposed to go to the transfer box?

The rear diff doesn't have a pipe which goes to the acd transfer, that pipe is from the ayc pump to the acd transfer. Two pipes from ayc pump to rear diff which has only two pipe holes.

I was referring to the Pump Pipe to ACD Transfer but I guess I got it twisted to being the other way around as in 7 8 9 to 4 5 6 so it makes no difference.

Either way, I guess I stand corrected!
