Rear Diff

Hello all was washing the evo today and on moving the car i spotted very very tiny amount of oil so i manged to get under the car today to have a better look and what i have seen is a oil leak coming from the rear diff to me its from the inspection panel but not 100% sure the car is still sorn off the road but does get moved from time to time for a wash or when its been sat for a couple of days has anyone had this kind of problem what could it be what parts do you think i will be looking at? Just to add there is no knocking coming from the rear diff.

Just to add i have cleaned the area up best as i could useing brake fluid the area is much cleaner not perfect but its dry and clean as can be so will keep a eye on it and see if oil build up comes back just been thinking could this be off when the diff oil has been changed and who ever has done the job in the passed just not even botherd to clean the area up i see how things go.
