Just wanted to see if anyone has previous experience of dealing with them? Asking as ordered parts form them over two weeks ago. I won't say too much but its been far from smooth and responses are very much lacking.

Wanted to see others experience....

I know their parts are meant to be quality

Its not a good way to go..

Friday before I ordered they had stock, the Monday when I ordered they said 2-3 weeks for the manifolds...manifolds are now in!!!!

So now waiting on a turbo..

They do look quality and was a top price.. Hopefully get them soon.

Yeah quality products.

Don't they build to order? Maybe just a way of getting you committed is to pretend they have stock.

I know with the carbon places they take weeks to come, thankfully puts me off spending when I get the carbon urge :razz:

They build the manifolds in batches the turbo are meant to be the same but think as the take off is slow, there was one in stock lol.. Wish they had said before I paid hopefully I may have it by the weekend, Richy couldn't give me a date which is annoying

Yeah the carbon is.. Does look quality.

I had my old civic mapped by Ricky years ago. He used to go on the forum acting as tho it was a real garage type set up, demo cars etc etc. I arrived and it was at his house in the middle of a crappy estate with a few of his mates cars out side. His house was rammed with cool parts though and the map was pretty good.

Things may be different now but I'd still be unsure of going back.

Will be three weeks on Monday, spoke to Ricky today and he promised it wll be sent out Monday or Tuesday. Hope its been worth he wait

I am also having one of their new turbos as well which seems to have been the issue as manifolds have been back in stock for over a week.

After another call to race tech and now a issue with the courier!!!

This was meant to have been sent out Tuesday yet he is saying it would be out for delivery Saturday or Monday!

Could be me but this isn't on will be a month on Monday!

Think its time to dispute on paypal!?

Unfortunately the quality of the product and warranty out weigh the length of time.

I'd set and tell them a date, if its not sorted by then full refund and take your business elsewhere.

Well this is a pic of the run turbo against the old fp..not sure yet what to do with it. Bit of a pain as don't have a evo 8 actuator or hks j pipe anymore...maybe try and fit the 80 series cover ?
