Race Quality Brake Pads ?

My son is preparing his GSR 4 for the race track (SEMSEC Championship Series).

Any recommendations please for front and rear brake pads, and what sort of prices are we talking? Suppliers? Standard discs fitted - but should these be replaced as well? If so, any suggestions please?

First of all change the calipers to brembo's and then the discs I would recommend performance friction 2piece discs on front and standard on rear with carbotech xp8's all round

Not sure on cost but will be a good start

(make sure ur wheels will fit over the brembo's standard 4 wheels won't fit )

go for a set of these, awesome stoppers !!

i have them fitted to my tommi with standard brembo calipers and performance friction 2 piece discs up front and xp8's on the rear with standard discs.
they will put most passengers through the windscreen

i guess brembos would be alot better..

But also wouldnt a good disc and pad combo work just as well on standard e4 :razz:calipers

EBC turbo grooved discs, with XP8 pads is a good combination mate, And probably the cheapest and best combo for the standard 4 gravel brake calipers..
