How easy or hard is it to change crank angle sensor wit engine in situ?
if youve done this any tips would be good...
really cant remember what will need removing...

I have done this before on a E4 and E6 but it should be the same for all E4-9. You have to remove the cam belt cover and can be done with the cam belt still in place but you may as well change the cam belt when you have the cover off mate. It is not difficult but if you have big hands its a bit resisted. You have to remove the PAS pump and get the connector behind it but the E7-9 has a longer cable than the E4-6 which makes it a little easier.
