Question going for a test drive

Hi
Going for a test drive tomorrow evo x it is 6 years old has only done 9600 miles and my question is it only has three stamps in the service book should I be concerned?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Can't think its an issue with that mileage 9600 miles

If you buy it get it booked in for another service straight away.

Use the 3 stamps as an arm twister on price.

It should have 6 stamps, but for that mileage I wouldn't care if it only had 3. My main concern would be general neglect as it's obviously spent a lot of time sat on a driveway. You'll probably need to replace the battery pretty soon, but it is probably still a good buy. Not sure if it's private or dealer but expect to pay maybe £13-£15k for it. If it's way more than 15 it probably isn't worth it.
