I have spoken to a guy today about an Evo 8 works bumper. It's on piston heads reference number 4029820

He wants to swap for an 8 or 9 standard bumper and as I have hacked mine up and done the mod he not interested. I said I would pop it up here to see if anyone else is, really aggressive bumper tbh I like a lot but would need a spray as its green atm.

If anyone can pop the link up feel free as I can't I'm only on my phone

A mission worthwhile though, I didn't like my bumper but it was just what he was looking for in the right colour, and I got some lights too so pics will be up soon. Work starts tomos

With the nose bit cut out it looked a lot better, I did like it but like you say the new one is real aggressive and more my style

Have to say it was brave hacking out the nose on that bumper.. Do think the ix bumper is nicer in that respect. That one you got does look good.

Yh the nose job is a big thing, not easy but do able, as for the 9 bumper I like it but not a massive fan of the two spotlight bits.

Yh I'll be puttin mesh in soon, and I not had an undertray for about a year it just gets in the way when working on the car so I'll leave it off I think

Yh I really like the bumper just looks the nuts.
Yh I know it has it's purpose but I mess with my car too much. Yh I want the black plastic coated stuff it dnt chip like the metal painted stuff

yeah craig your very welcome pal, yeah i do like the 9 bumper top as it has the nose cut out but dont like the holes on each side at the bottom so when you rand and said you had a 8 i was gonna plan on doing the nose job,
but you beat me to it haha, anyway alls i need now is some standard skirts and thats me finished then i can move onto the spray job and new wheels, but very very decent bloke.

yeah it looks ace craig, and thanks again, i do like the look of the 9 bumper but im not keen on the holes on each lower side, so when you rang and said that you had a 8 bumper with nose cut off i was like mmm not too sure that ill like it, but now its fitted to my car im made up,
keep up the good work pal and keep me updated on the work too
