power upgrade

if i go for a power upgrade on my mrfq300 wna get 380bhp do i have to change the exaust from the standard 2.5inch bore to a 3inch bore if i do then why and what else do i need to do. Does my mrfq300 have a hard pipe kit on it as standard or not thanks to every1

why would i need a 3inch exaust? i have a avcr boost controler do i still need 3port solenoid? do the mrfq340 or 360 have a 3inch exaust system?

avcr is fine if setup correctly, in place of the 3 port...

Turbos work best with more air in more air out so running a 3" over a 2.5" exhaust is always better

Forget the Walbro, go for the Daetsch...... much better pump and similar money.

Need the full 3" exhaust and de-cat. If you aren't wanting to run a de-cat pipe you'll need a sports cat.

Got couple of qoutes for the job hopefully either go to ma developments Ajec racing dnt know yet think my lash adjusters are gone got an oil change the noise went away but come back (ticking noise) il let you know mate.

+1 not heard a bad word about mark! Does work on a lot of top car's. Did he map your's lee? He's also on here now. User name mark shead. Pm him if your not sure, does seem a nice broke.

+2 for MaDevelopments I wouldn't bother with Ajec when you have Mark on your doorstep. Plus it would be your lash adjusters gone with the oil change making it quiter for a bit
