I have had this problem before buying parts and sometimes you get the money back from paypal or your credit card company but it not the point and you still have to wait for the money to be credited to you. The local authorities should do more to the thieves who steal other peoples money. Its people like this that spoils a forum and makes it difficult to trade or sell parts for the honest people. Its always to good idea to get the address of people you make a payment to
