Ported standard manifold

Has any one used these and what sort of power figures do you get . Im building a fully forged 2litre engine running fp red turbo .

i take it you mean exhaust manifold ?!

some say yes there are gains to be had yes, but unsure if they provide as much benifit as you get with a proper manifold

Yes I mean the exhaust manifold . I know what ya mean it just you have pay a lot for the good manifolds that won't crack . Just wondering will the gains be worth the extra money ..

When I fitted my JMF race manifold I had gains of around 20bhp over the standard unit
