Im on the verge of buying an evo 9 mr fq 360 but ive been told its an import, ive been told a number of different things like all mr ones are imported but ive also been told if its an mr fq then its uk? Been told the car was imported but sold from new through uk mitsi dealer (was never registered in japan) Would i need to declair to insurance thats its an import if its actually uk dealer supplied?! Also would i declair it later on when i came to selling it, would it loose much value aswell because of it?!!! Please please help coz im feeling a bit depressed now

All "FQ" models are uk cars.
MR are imported.
All evos are imported and they are changed over her to "FQ" etc
MR FQ is the best to have as a model

No you won't need to declare it's a import as being a FQ means it's a UK car for the uk market.
You're not gonna lose money providing it's well looked after.

Same as the log books when they were register they got messed up so most FQ cars just say Mitsubishi lancer.
