Good luck buddy.

Not sure we get many menbers from your neck of the woods that I can recall but hopefully someone willl come forward.

Don't be afraid to walk away if its not right. There is a buyers guide on this forum. Worth a read before you go as some good advice if you end up going alone

yeah for sure, ive read so many things its unreal but all worth it. as i really dont want to get ripped off or buy something that should be on scrap heap. i have a good idea of basic things to look out for ect ect... but im sure things i dont know that a enthusiast would, or even a speacialist to do compresson test, something i read about aswell.or listen to box for whining.just peace of mind when spending this sort money. cheers :)

Not a bad shout takin someone with you, I think u can call the aa out to look over cars for ya not sure on charges though. Main thing is checking for strange noises, dnt be afraid to give it some stick on test give a rev on the spot and such. Make sure the ayc is comin on with 3 lights and turning to one and flick through the modes, uneven tyre wear, no visible rot underneath. Make sure body panels line up and are even,, do a stall test (first gear lift off clutch and let stall, checks for bite and any knocks) and the power delivery should be smooth, ask about service history if there is a recent service have a look at the filter does it look new? Apart from that there isn't too much to it,
