pc problems!!!

just lately ive been having problems with my laptop so today i did a complete system restore

what i need to know is can i retrieve my pics and downloads films,music ect as they seem to of all dissapeared?:sad:

iv restored my laptop many times and never been able to get any info back from it :-( try phoning whoever makes your laptop they might be able to guide you through it to get them back if its possible x

even though you have done a system restore you should be able to select a point in front of that a load it from there. what system you running?
